Council Meeting Held at Lehigh University Packard Lab Room 325
1. Bob Abbott called meeting to order at 6:10 P.M.

3. Minutes
Minutes of the March 2, 2006 meeting were approved with minor corrections.
4. Treasurer’s Report
Tom provided full accounting regarding the banquet and funds available to LVEC.
5. Engineer’s Week Banquet
Follow up discussion on all aspects of the banquet was initiated by Bob. Improvements to reservations/nametags were discussed. Site logistics were also discussed. Options for next year’s location were discussed. The Da Vinci center is a logical choice considering the relationship Michele S. has developed with them. Issues like catering were also discussed.

Da Vinci Center was discussed regarding our affiliation with them and possible other opportunities for member societies including displays.
Joint Meeting in Fall 2006 was discussed by Keith.
