Minutes for December 7, 2006 held at Packard Lab, Room 324

 

Agnes Muranyi presided and called meeting to order at 6:04 pm. There was no quorum.

      November minutes were reviewed by Board.

4. Engineers Week Banquet- February 23, 2007

 

1. Project Management Schedule- Agnes prepared and presented Banquet Calendar Schedule. Agnes asks all Board Members to provide task information and scheduling to her so she may add to the calendar.
2. Banquet Reservations- Don reported that 8 people will be seated at each table.
3. Publicity- Agnes will contact both The Morning Call and The Globe Times this month.
4. Engineer of the Year- Agnes will contact Angelika to get biographical information of Engineer and Young Engineer of the Year.
5. Invitations: Agnes reported that Bernie will invite Lehigh University President Gist.
