3. Next Year’s Officers 2009/2010 Nominations
1. Chair – Ben Guthrie
2. Vice Chair/Secretary – Ken Lawrence
3. Treasurer – Tom Reilly
4. Agnes Muranyi - Webmaster

Agnes motioned to accept officer nominations and second by Dave. Motion carried congratulations to new officers starting July 1, 2009.

 

4. Engineers Week 2010:
1. Planning to be started by Ben when he takes office.

                         

5. Activities for the Upcoming Year:
1. Joint event with ASM for IronPigs baseball game tentative date scheduled for July 30^th.

1. Committee members requested to checkout website
2. Will put out announcement looking for someone to take on Secretary role for committee
